After noticing the promo for the next ep says "coming up on lost" (not next week) i checked it out and sure enough we're in for more repeats, well at least one ("Numbers" this wednesday).

Any clues as to when the next one will throw itself at us?

(I Know it takes them like 10,11 days to film an episode so they cant churn out one a week, Who thinks they should wait longer in between seasons and bang the whole thing out one a week and who prefers the way it is? I'm guna say the current plan is the lesser of two evils)

You can easily download the episodes for an ipod, and of course there are always pirate DVDs floating about. Not that I condone pirates...

But yes, having to wait out Desperate Housewives is slightly more than annoying. How long can that series go on?

My thoughts are that since that's a Hurley-centric episode it might have something to do with the Hurley/Libby conversation.  Maybe there is something important in that episode?

They had to have aired "Numbers" for a reason. I think we'll see some more of them in the weeks to follow.

Searching for glimpses of Libby in the background of Hurley's flashbacks is going to be pretty pointless i'd wager.
If there is going to be a link between Libby and Hurley, based on the psych ward, airing Numbers may just serve as a reminder to the normal viewing public that Hurley was in the psych ward in the first place.

Most Lost viewers aren't religiously following every tiny detail on forums with other Lost geeks........losers

Also, regarding Series 2 being shown on UK TV, will we really have to wait for Desperate Housewives to finish before they start Lost - I thought they were in slightly different time slots?

Yip, well this is what i was thinking too.

Thing is, the last season of Desperate Housewives was 23 episodes long i think. I looked up when Spring starts and ends, and it's roughly between March 21st and June 21st.
If D.H. runs its whole course before Lost starts, it will probably start in the last possible week of Spring, or thereabouts, assuming that D.H. does not miss any weeks.

So it's going to be more like Summer when it actually starts, at this rate.

I don't think they will hold off until summer, sometimes they have double bills of DH. This would cut down the wait quite a bit.
