As for the pregnancy test... i presume someone else on the plane, someone who is dead was maybe expecting or was going to be expecting at the time.  Sun Knows that Sawyer has everything that was horded from the plane... so she thought she'd try her luck and see if he has any pregnancy tests.   We don't know from the ep trailer if sawyer says "Sure thing, here's one", or if turns around and says "your damn outta luck, i used the last one yesterday"

I think its assumed that the pregerrs test was on the plane and that sawyer got it when he was hording.  Also, it seems from a leeked photo that Dharma are making supply drops.  Maybe they dropped in a few new taps ... From the recent "Maternity leave" episode, it seems that Dharma are well stocked and have plenty of supplies!

it's unlikely she is seeing as they just went through a pregnancy storyline with Claire and doubtful they would do it again unless they use it to kill Sun off....that sounds more likely seeing as she's completely useless.
