Something has to happen with Gale in the next episode.  They can't keep him in there forever.  Besides, if he is an "other", the longer they keep him, the more likely it is that his buddies (who we know have guns) will come looking for him.

From the trailer it looks like he's trying to prove his innocence by guiding the Losties to his "balloon", via a map he draws...  Its rather odd considering the fact he probably had no idea where the losties camp was compared to where he got caught in Danielle's net.  I think after being shot in the shoulder with a crosbow bolt, i'd be pretty much every which way on what the hell is going on

Good points guys- now I'm just hoping that the "whole truth" is gonna reveal why they crashed there.  As mentioned in other threads, it's supposed to be revealed this season.  I can't think of a bigger "truth" we've been waiting to hear, so why not now, leading into the final 1/3 of the season.  I hope the Jin/Sun thing is a decoy for what the "truth" will be.  I'd rather see the losties head into the jungle with Henry, find the balloon and then get surrounded by Zeke and co.  And then Henry either walks over and stands beside Zeke- or Zeke is wondering why Henry brought them there and asks something along the lines of "what have you told them Henry?" or "what have you told them 'insert real name here'".  That would give us our confirmation that Gale's an other- and it would lead to them sitting down and hearing the explanation we've been waiting for.  Maybe we need three weeks to brace ourselves for this one.

From the promo vid, I don't think they take Henry with them. In fact it suggests that the balloon search is a bit of a covert ops.

You're right- looks like they leave Henry locked up and head out to see if he's lying or not.  And I think the "what if the map's wrong" is Henry, and then he continues with "they'll crucify me".  So it sounds like he stays home with his fingers crossed that they can find the balloon from whatever map he draws.  And again, as discussed above- how exactly do you draw a map through the jungle to a specific clearing???  I'd be nervous too- "Um... left, no right, no left at the big tree... um... walk through a puddle and then... um, jeez... there was some bamboo and I remember some mosquitos... left again there... oh man, they'll crucify me!"
