If Sun underwent a fertility treatment there's a good possibility that she was taken eggs and Jin some sperm. That could be of good use for the Dharma peeps.

Maybe she was unable to get pregnant and it was Jin's fault (no bullets in the gun) and now she is pregnant... hmmm.....she struggles to tell Jim some sort of thruth -- so I am not sure it is news Jin will take well.  About the promo that whatever she struggles to say would disturb the balance I do not know -- unless she wanted to get pregnant soo bad she "sold" JIn to Dharma.  (remember she was going to leave him at the airport and may, though unlikely, known the fate of the plane).  Her dad, the Korean Secretary of Environmental Protection --lots of connections that may have aided her on this.

ok so maybe she went to the Doctor was told she couldn't have kids and now on the Island she ends up pregnant, a miracle like Locke being able to walk again she gets pregnant.... this would also mean that every epi isn't one day.... cus there is no freaking way she would find out 7 days after having sex that she was pregnant..... it takes 7 to 10 days for the fretilized egg to implant and then another 4 to 6 days to produce enough horomones to register on a test, so 7 epis would be about two weeks.

maybe she was pregnat but fears she is no longer because of the attack from the others and wants to check.

I think if she were already pregnant they would have been other indications, but they attack wasn't bad enough to make her lose the baby. until about 15 or so weeks of pregnany the baby is carried between the pelvic bone and once it is to big it moves up into the abdomial area therefore it is much more protected until then.

wow, i learned so much about pregnancy reading the post in here just now,how unessecerily interesting lol.

i said this in another room but u guys are all/most saying that she was trying 4 a baby but couldnt get one. i think she was pregnant before and jin made her gt rid of it, thus why its gona be so hard for her 2 tell him this time

I know creampop, thanks for stating the obvious...  but if you follow my theory below, I was theoring that he was at fault and that therefore, her telling him this thruth will devastate him because even if he is the father and the island made a miracle, it would hurt the balance.  If it was not him then the whole thruth she needs to tell him for which she is scared would probably not be the pregnancy.  Otherwise, why wouldn't she be happy just telling him.?

Think about it, you think you cant have babies at all. No way , No chance, Its never going to happen.

Then all of a sudden  "Oh I'm pregnant" The first thing the husband is going to think is,  Who the hell has been havin it away with my wife

How the hell do you explain to your husband that the island must have provided a miracle and that you haven't slept with anybody else.
Any bloke will find this very hard to believe.
