As we see from the trailers, there is more than meets the eye with the others, mainly that with hints and tips from the episodes that this goes higher up than Zeke and his men.

Also we know have a proper understanding of where the other hatches or stations are, which is most possibly where they are all hiding out.

I for one cant wait to see more unlocked as to who they are and what their purpose is on the island, but my theory remains that they are Dharma employees conducting unsafe experiments, and something went wrong, i.e. the incident

as for one in the Orientation video we see Dr Marvin Candle explaining the work that was carried out with Paraphyschology, hence probably why they took Walt...maybe they are still trying to work, and hence take the kids to do these experiments, or either the incident has rendered them sterile, so if they get kids in and educate them, they can carry on with their work.

One of the survivors should hide in Mr. Friendly's locker in the medical hatch, knock him unconsious, and get all the answers to the whole island from him.

I think that map Locke saw on the shutter door is where the Others are hiding out.  Also at the bottom of it, you see ''Swan'' which is the hatch that the losties are in.  So, if anything, theres hatches all around this ''?'' area.
