Sorry if this is elsewhere, I notice the equations in the background of the picture from the volunteer in Rwanda are obscured by her. Seems like simple enough equations. Looks like 1x9=9 2x9=18 3x9=27 good enough but somethingx5=23? Does anyone else have a better quality picture to study?

Is it just me or does it seem like those Alvar quotes don't always seem to be the same? Has anyone kept track of these in case they have changed slightly?

I haven't been tracking them... but yes, I DO think the quotes have changed...

I've seen where they showed links to where photgraphs of mittelwerk and other executives even the doctor came from, but they don't have the history of this picture. I haven't gotten anywhere with it but try when i run out of other leads. There are so many clues and unknown things on the site that every little thing gets scrutinized. No one ever posts about the ones that don't work hence, nobody knows it doesn't work and tries for themself.

Well, I don't think the equations look like much, but the chick in the picture looks rather like Cindy Chandler, the flight attendant w/ the tailies...also the flight attendant Gary Troup fell in love with

I think it looks as much like her as the doctor in the same section's press release looks like Christian Shepard...

The info write up has a word missing or  a screwup double "the"

The press release page also says "The Gambia" before it was just Gambia. "The Gambia" is correct so this may just be a fix.

The woman in the WWPDP picture looks like the woman that's in a Nurofen advert in the UK. She's probably a model or a small time actor doing work here and there. And no doubt the picture used is from a royalty free picture site or the like.

Definatly not Cindy.

EDIT: http://www.visit4info.com/details.cfm?adid=24166 video link to that advert.

Take a look at the picture on the press release page, yeah the doctor. Look at dead centre of the picture, see the square black box? Zoom in on it. Anyone have the picture from getty images?

There is no way that black box is in the original.

most of the pictures on the hanso site are from getty images and have no significance whatsoever... even the black guy that appears ontop of joop is from getty images...... i think hes a red herring, if not wouldnt they have used their own image?

I don't know about the Getty Images original, but I went into my ARG files (Yes I have files. I know I'm pathetic), and the black box in question has been in that picture since the site went live on May 3rd.

The point I guess I am trying to make is: The pictures have been altered and are pertinent. Maybe not this minute, But there is no way that black box ended up in the exact dead center of the picture naturally. The glass in the windows don't have any outlines like the box, and if you zoom in on it you can see that it has a distinct look that is different than the rest of the picture. If they can make one pixel link to a page, than anything is possible. These clues will become increasingly more difficult as the game progresses. I am only making a record of things I find so when there seems to be no new clue, people will have somewhere to look.

Edit: Whoa, I sound all pissy. Sorry not trying to.

I have an Idea for you If you would be willing. Make a new thread with a screenshot from the original pages, so we all can compare them to what comes up as we go. I don't have the originals or I would do it myself (and I am somewhat of a techno-peasant).I think we could get the Mods to lock it and stick it on the front page.
